Rob has spent over 25 years in the mortgage industry, over 15 years of these for a large corporate brokerage in London.  Rob has unrivalled knowledge in the industry and is well accustomed to the ever changing mortgage market. Skilled in portfolio management, Buy to Let, residential mortgages and much more. 

Away from mortgages, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. Playing squash weekly and coaching and running a local Ladies & Girls football club 

Lisa has over 16 years experience in the mortgage industry dealing with residential and buy to let property finance. Lisa is fully CeMAP qualified, specialising in all things property related including portfolio landlords, holiday lets, RIO mortgages and bridging finance. 

Away from mortgages, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and her little boy. Lisa is a keen swimmer and loves all outdoor pursuits. 

Gavin has over 20 years experience in the mortgage industry and carries out an administrative role here at REALM Mortgages. 

Gavin is great at supporting clients, assisting the brokers and everything in between. Gavin provides a secondary point of contact to our clients whilst liaising with the banks, solicitors, estate agents and all those involved in the mortgage transaction. Gavin deals with the everyday submission of applications and ensures a smooth process is conducted throughout to help ensure we are issued with a mortgage offer nice and quickly! 

Away from mortgages, Gavin enjoys his football and playing pool. Gavin is an avid Spurs fan!
